Nathan (Badger) Atkins has been passionate about fitness and exercise as far back as he can remember. He grew up a competitive middle-distance runner and played every sport he came across.

Kyra completed the Badger Coaching Apprenticeship in 2019 and loves helping people realize their strength and push their boundaries. Favourite CrossFit movement? Olympic lifting and wall balls.
Taylor

Taylor's passion for Strength & Conditioning began during his formative years as an aspiring athlete competing in various sports. Immediately following his competitive career, Taylor traded his cleats for a clipboard. The weight room and training facilities replaced the fields of athletics, and after 15+ years of coaching experience, he still prides himself in making people better through strength training!

Delbert is a CFL1 Trainer and thrives off seeing people get stronger and fitter and will do everything he can to help others reach their goals to get fitter and stronger. Favourite CrossFit movement? Strict ring muscle ups and dance breaks between sets!
